Leave it on the shelf. Over oaked. That's all there was to it unfortunately.

Sea breeze on the nose. Jammy fruits on the edge of a water stained butter knife. Tar and pickles on the finish. Not a sun drenched, hyper-sugary cab but still a wonderful experience brought to you by an organic, bio-dynamic farm.

smooth nose feel to this wine, very inviting with its blend of spices and fruit with a touch of acidity, leaving it feeling soft...i get a hint of sweetness on the front with a big black cherry/plum mid palate with silky tannic structure, with a slight spice and tremendous dryness on the finish...definitely sets itself apart in its price point...

This age worthy Cabernet Sauvignon shows dark fruits, coffee, dark chocolate and cream on the nose. On the palate, more of the same with minerals and tobacco to boot. This extracted Cabernet has chewy tannins and will be great after cellaring.

Well-proportioned, with a mix of earthy currant, wild berry and black cherry fruit that's well-centered, elegant and complex, with the earthy, herbal flavors returning on the finish. Drink now through 2009. 10,500 cases made.

Shows a flavorful range of leather, black cherry, mineral, tobacco and tar notes, finishing with complex flavors and firm tannins. Drink now through 2004.

Blueberry, vanilla and smoky underbrush are the key aromas - those and a touch of green bean or snap pea. Typical cassis and plum flavors run smoothly over the tannic, full palate. As a whole, it's firm but not too difficult to wrap yourself around. It's stylish, somewhat understated and doesn't need a lot of aging.

Has a wonderful sense of harmony and finesse, with ripe, rich, elegant currant, blackberry, black cherry and light toasty oak, giving it a long, satisfying finish. Drink now through 2008.
