Feudi di San Gregorio Taurasi 2002
Produced with Aglianico grapes from Taurasi, Pietradefusi and S.Angelo all’Esca, it has a vivid ruby red with darker red shimmer, fragrant with the aromas of wild cherries, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and anice. The taste is round and balanced with sweet, smooth tannins that lend it a lingering aromatic finale.
Real rich wine, full of taste. I liked it dark red colour and aromas very much.
External Reviews for Feudi di San Gregorio Taurasi
Taurasi is within the region of Campania of southern Italy. Made from the local Aglianico grape and just recently released for this brawny red needs time to settle. This is a full-bodied red full of dark red fruit and iron-rich minerals on the finish. A more polished rendition of Aglianico.
