Enate Tempranillo Blend Somontano Crianza 2005

Winemaker's Notes:

Under the protection of the Pyrenees, or more exactly, in the Somontano, that is, "at the foot of the mountains", in the Northeast area of the province of Huesca you can find the 4.297 hectares which are home to one of Spain's most interesting wineries. This is a complex blackcurrant and blackberry bouquet with hints of violets, pepper and spice. The palate is smooth and round with a layer of ripe tannins and a full flavoured finish. This wine is rich in smoky, spicy tones over a base of ripe fruit. With balanced tannins, this wine is full bodied with a long, toasty finish. Serve at 16-18°C, Enate Crianza complements smoked foods, meats, casseroles and cheeses.
