The “Emina” wine spends 12 months at the crianza stage and comes from the grape plantations called ‘Las Celadillas’ and ‘El Coto de San Bernardo’. ‘Emina Prestigio’ comes from the ‘Valdebaniego’ estate and the Vino de Pago (single vineyard wine), ‘Emina Atio’, grapes come from ‘El Horno’.
The grapes are harvested at just the right time and they are always picked by hand, undergoing a quality selection process at the same time. Read less
