Vintage: 2007 11/12/2010

Rating: 91/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the August 2010 issue. The evident measure of cocoa in its aromas notwithstanding, this full-bodied, somewhat fleshy wine is first and foremost focused on fine fruitiness. Full in body and deep in flavor with richness and slightly silky, supple first palatal impressions set against a rising tide of late-arriving tannins, this one has the depth to carry on for five years or more and could last well into a second decade.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Drinkable now. Further bottle aging can improve this wine.
