Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

"Light-bodied, with vivid passion fruit, lime and fresh herb and cut grass notes. Refreshing acidity gives this plenty of momentum on the finish." – Wine Spectator

Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color. The nose has stone fruit, citrus and fresh tropical notes thatl eap from the glass. The palate is expressive with stone fruit, citrus and fresh tropical flavors that linger on through the crisp finish.

Pale bright yellow. Pungent aromas of tropical fruits, pepper and smoke. The palate offers decent concentration to the flavors of grapefruit pith and white pepper, with a repeating suggestion of tropical fruits. The moderately persistent finish shows more saline minerality than fruit.
