Dashe Cellars Dry Riesling 2009

Member Review by Hana Choi:

Lovely floral nose with lush flavors of pineapple, apple and honey. Sweetness is balanced with nice acidity. Great with rich carbonara with a healthy pinch of spicy red pepper flakes!

A marvelous Zinfandel coming from the Heart Arrow Ranch vineyard in Mendocino County. The aromas boast raspberries, strawberries and cherries. Fermented with native yeasts and achieving a delicate structure that is rare to find in Zinfandel.
