Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling Columbia Valley Dry 2011
• Our winemaker chooses select lots of both warmer and cooler climate Riesling to create this elegant, dry style of Riesling, while maintaining beautiful fruit character. • A cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and bright fruit qualities of this wine
This is the kind of white I can except. Still has a weird taste to me. Getting used to them, I suppose.
Good for the price. Light, but with clear fruit aromas. Another good wine for a casual, home-cooked meal
wonderful! goes with everything
Food Pairings for Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling Columbia Valley Dry
The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a crisp, dry and refreshing style of Riesling. It exhibits fresh fl avors of white peach and mandarin orange, and ends with a clean fi nish. This is an incredibly versatile food wine and my favorite with oysters.
