Château de Tracy Pouilly-Fumé 2010
"Aromas of fresh and tart citrus like lemon and grapefruit are followed by notes of almost ripe honeydew. The mid palate is richly textured, with a touch of fatness and subtle hints of smoke. Characteristic grassy and lemony varietal notes are balanced by bright, zippy acids. A well-structured wine with a strong mineral backbone, this wine is enjoyable now but will improve with a year or two of bottle age." -Importer
WJ: The quality is undoubtedly good, although fans of the smoky, minerally, flinty side of Pouilly-Fumé may find more pleasure elsewhere than in these bottles of slightly plump, grassy, grapefruity wines. For the 2001: good Pouilly-Fumé that will improve in bottle for a year or two and may hopefully show a little more character typical of the appellation if permitted. 15+/20. Na degustacao: perfume de jasmim, maracuja doce. Na degustacao estava mais fragrante, mas ainda elegante e complexo.
Notas em 273. Na degustacao estava mais fragrante, mas ainda elegante e complexo.
The wine of my family! A beautiful example of a Loire Vally White!!
