Cherries, barnyard funk and loads of black pepper on the nose. Great, fun wine with a lot of character. Some licorice and blackberries, and a mild finish.
Some great vegetal notes laced with ripe red fruit. This would be paired nicely with lighter red meat dishes and/or some funky cheeses.
