Appearance: Clear, opaque ruby, with paler rims and legs. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with developing aromas of blackberry, liquorice, meaty, plum and smoke. Palate: Dry, of medium acidity. Medium, ripe and fine-grained tannin. Medium alcoh...ol level with medium body and medium intensity, showing flavors of blackberry, liquorice, rose, smoke, vanilla. Balance fruitiness with ageing and oaky character. Supple and fine-grained tannin, with a cool-climate ripeness yet evolved freshness and harmonious, showing medium length. Conclusion: Good quality level, a balance wine showing reasonable length and complexity. Refreshing fruit on aroma and flavor, though only drawback was insufficient barrel characters detected. Ready to drink, but will not improve, which is about 1-2 years past its best.See More
