Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Cuvée Palmes d'Or Rosé Millésimée 2002
Wine Spectator Review Rated 91 Pure Pinot fruit leaps from the glass in this rich, vinous Champagne, which is well put together with a hint of tannins shoring up the finish. Has nice length. Think chicken in a morel sauce. Drink now through 2018. Wine Tasting Notes The color is deep, with hints of copper and varied pink tones. It is lightened by its bubbles and evokes the exotic, velvet-like texture that is to follow. Expressive aromas of wild strawberries and bigaroon cherries entice one. The feel on the palate is sensuous and the full, rounded flavors have a rich feel to them and linger for ever. Blend: 50 % Pinot Noir from Bouzy, 50 % Pinot Noir from Les Riceys
Vivid cherry nose, with some soft biscuit notes. Good acidity, and a powerful mousee of bubbles. Dry, but not too stark, the cherry is sweet and fruity. Its not the softest of rose's, but its very nice. A robust rose champagne. Served with shrimp pasta in a spicy tomato sauce.

A fruity style, showing plenty of kirsch, apple and dough notes allied to an open framework and a creamy texture. Moderate length. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.
Salmon-orange. Cool but slightly harsh aromas of strawberry, pomegranate and mint. Frothy and ripe in the mouth, with rather simple flavors of red fruits, spice and earth. Offers modest flavor development but decent intensity and a creamy middle.
A lively sparkling rosé, with a bright, citrusy overtone to fruit-forward flavors of strawberry puree and black raspberry, showing accents of biscuit, walnut skin and gumdrop. Drink now through 2016.
Full of gingerbread, fig compote and tobacco aromas and flavors, this Champagne shows maturity and breadth. Firmly structured and elegant, it has the vivacity to match food. Drink now through 2005.
Bright pale pink color with highlights of darker pink. Fruity notes on the nose of raspberry, strawberry and red plum. Welcoming flavors of red cherry, raspberry and hazelnuts provide a complex and full palate. Long finish with well-balanced flavors and even a slight touch of creaminess at the end. Typical red Pinot.
Salmon in color, with a smooth, lush bouquet that offers yeasty bread notes, berries and a whiff of citrus peel. Flavors of nectarine and white peper are classy and restrained, while the finish is tasty and sleek. Mouthfilling, with fine fruit and ample spice.
A distinctive rosé Champagne that smells like potpourri or Christmas punch with its cinnamon and clove accents. There’s depth and intensity to the berry and whole-grain bread notes, matched to a raw silk texture and vibrant structure. Excellent length. Drink now through 2010.
