Catherine et Pascal Rollet Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly Domaine de la Chapelle 2007

Member Review by Adam Levin:

On the nose, this has a steely character with just the slightest touch of butter and banana in the background. Maybe a hint of chlorine. In the mouth there's some sour apple. The whole wine is pretty medium from start to finish. Solid but not exciting.

pale lemon color; lemon citrus, green apple, minerals on the nose; medium bodied, not much fruit character on the palate with steely acidity, a bit out of balance -- it's not bad, but i'm lacking anything interesting to say about it
