Wine Enthusiast ReviewRated 92This is a lovely Riserva with thick and penetrating tones of cherry, spice and colathe holy trinity of traditional Chianti Classico. The wine is dense, concentrated and intense without being too powerful or overwhelming. It would make an excellent companion to veal in a wine reduction sauce because of the natural succulence and structure.Wine Tasting NotesAn intense, brilliant ruby hue with garnet reflections, and a complex, persistent bouquet with nuances of vanilla and raspberries. Warm, velvety flavor, full and generous with a long, rich finish. This wine is perfect with grilled meats, game, and roasts, especially those flavored with rosemary and garlic.
