For the 2007 vintage: Candy fruit nose leads to sweet well-balanced flavors in the mouth, with Raspberries and spice finishing with Black Tea tannins.
Here we go...smooooth operator. Horse manure, soil, minerals, fruit, butter, that old school 1500's kind of thing going on. Not very full bodied like a cab but very well balanced. The French do it betta.
