Beviamo Moscato d'Asti NV
The grapes for Beviamo Moscato d'Asti are hand harvested and grown in combination of limestone and sandstone soils from the cool, hilly Asti region. This DOCG area is ideal for growing the Moscato Bianco grape. After harvesting, the grapes are crushed, chilled to almost freezing in stainless steel vats, fermented and bottled to capture the carbon dioxide. The result is a low alcohol (5.5% maximum by law) slightly effervescent wine, or what the Italians call vino frizzante.
I have never been a wine drinker until a friend bought this for my husband and I. We absolutly love it!! The only problem we have is we live in Illinois and can not seem to find it anywhere! Does anyone know where we could find it? THANKS AND YUM!
this is a wonderful wine for those who love a sweet bubbly white wine. the cheapest we've found it is at sam's club for $11.88.
A must have for entertaining, especially well suited for guests who openly expound “I don’t like wine.” Soft, sweet, grape flavor abounds without being a grape soda, despite being lightly sparkling. Refreshing on a hot afternoon, blue glass bottle adds to the “cool” appeal. Aloha!
LOVE this wine. Sweet light and fruity. Goes great at parties as a sweet alternative to champagne.
I have a favorite Texas Wine that is a Moscato but that can be hard to find. When I saw Moscato D'Asti on this bottle I knew it would be sweet and probably similar so I gave it a try. I actually like it better than my long-time favorite, plus it's cheaper and easier to find. I'm sold!
moscato d'asti it's a tounge's treat not harsh bitter or rank after taste wonderful in fact
I've tried several other Moscato's and this was by far the best! I absolutely adore this wine! Cheers to 2010!
