Albali Arium 2001
Very nice Spanish wine with lots of flavor and body. At this price it is one of the best in its class. This is a dry wine with a nice balance of fruitiness and vanilla character. Well done, Vina Albali.
This wine is really bad, honestly. Please, do not buy it. Just leave it all for myself. You go and buy some fancy overpriced French wine, as you do, and leave little simple jewels like this for those who dont give a toss about fashion. Mercy!
Not particularly special; not inoffensive but neither will it be memorable. Generic on the nose and only moderately "Spanish" on the palate; it could be almost any red wine from any global bulk producer. Worth a fiver but no more.
clean, dry, fruity, very drinkable. we had it with pizza last night and it was a great pairing. well worth the $15 paid.
