7915 Château d'Aqueria Rosé Tavel 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

Vincent and Bruno de Bez have taken full advantage of the excellent 2009
vintage: the wine has ripe Grenache fruit, with plenty of saignée
extract, some Syrah and a little Mourvèdre in reserve providing
structural support.

A perfect gastronomic wine true to the traditional reputation of Tavel
Rosé, yet made in a modern way and far removed from some of the oxidised
and heavy styles sometimes associated with the category. Truly versatile as an
aperitif and a food wine, but fresh, refreshing and satisfying on several
levels...
(Simon Field MW, BBR Buyer)

Mothe Nature gives birth to and nourishes the grapes, it is her work of art. In exchange, it is our duty to labour and fertilize the earth as naturally as possible. At Chateau d'Aqueria, natural farming methods are not a recent resolution nor just to be fashionable, it is our true identity. Read less
