It will be a crime if you miss out on the treasure trove of videos at this impressively designed wine and food pairing site. Watch the winemaker, sommelier, chef and manager of Michelin-star restaurants in London, Dawid Koegelenberg, deftly cook up dishes such as Risotto Nero and Garlic Squid, Tuna Tartare, and Pan Fried Sardines.
He also cheerfully tastes through wines by varietal, offering intelligent notes and food pairings. And the wine range is as delightfully down-to-earth as the host -- many bottles are readily available in UK supermarkets.
The videos, produced by online strategist Jean Crous, aren't your garden variety YouTube jobs -- they are high quality, complete with maps and graphics. The site also has recipes, wine news and tasting tips.

The wine was a winner: spicy, rich, yet elegant and in a very popular style.
