I've listed my raw notes that follow in a general order from my favorites down, but this list does represent the wines that really struck me. While the tasting I attended was not blind, I did my best to not pay attention to the pourers, which has had some interesting results!
The Nebbiolo Prima event is broken down over five days, with Barolo taking up just over three of those days. Each producer is allowed to submit two wines and the wines are presented by commune, and further by cru within those communes. Wineries with both of their wines on my top list are listed first, though I lead off with the most impressive wines of the tasting (the only Barolo this cantina produces) and my top scoring wine this year, with one of only three 9/10 scores I gave, roughly correlating to an (89-92) point score.

2007 Bartolo Mascarello Barolo-La Morra - earthy, herbal, a little pork fat, lightly aromatic, some floral notes, nice raspberry fruit, nice fruit up front then lean and fresh with soft tannin and integrated acids, dry savory core to the mid-palate, nice fruit on the backend with a nice strawberry seed finish, fresh and elegant. 9
2007 Brovia Ca’Mia Serralunga - lovely berry fruit in alcohol nose, wood is fighting for control, has some nice herbal, medicinal elements, a bit of strawberry ice creaminess, soft entry, rich, lots of sweet, bright strawberry fruit, nice mid-palate, clear, a bit simple, very nicely put together, fruit-driven but not fruity, nice lightly astringent finish, good length. 8
2007 Brovia Rocche Castiglione Falletto - nice liquory fruit over toasty spice, seems a touch sweet up front but the fruit is very fresh, nice clarity here, turns a bit liquory on the backend, finish is strong, elegant, nice tension, touch of herb on finale 8
2007 Josetta Saffirio Persiera Monforte d’Alba - deep concentrated nose, macerated flowers, wild berry fruit, oak yes but nice raw materials, big, rich wine, nice integrated acids, slight metallic mineral note, some wood sweetened edges, pretty well put together, nice finish, pretty well done 2007 in a rich, powerful style. 8
2007 Josetta Saffirio Francesco 1948 Monforte d’Alba - sweet, lots of ripe herbal/vegetal tones, somewhat baking spicy but well integrated, lots of fruit here, but with some freshness, a bit languid in the mouth but with some nice high-toned elements that lend a mineral edge, rich but not totally weight nor as flat as many, nice clear finish, nice tannins, bit of bitter chocolate on finish. 7 (I'm not sure whether this has ever been made available. It's a lot of old vines, planted in 1948.)
2007 Bruna Grimaldi Badarina Serralunga - sweet fruit, a touch of graham cracker and cocoa, earthy, aromatic tree bark, grows nicely in the glass, quite round, fills the mouth with sweet fruit, a touch dried, a bit dark not very berry scented, integrated acids, soft tannins, top note of wood spice, well-integrated, very well put together, a bit spicy finish, dried strawberry fruit, nice mineral tone, bit of wood spice, almost stemmy tannin note. 8
2007 Bruna Grimaldi Bricco Ambrogio Roddi d’Alba - jammy raspberry, sandalwood, slight roasted fruit in alcohol, a nice blend of modern and traditional or just the vintage? Nice acids up front, decent freshness, cool on the palate, fried is a bit roasted, tannins ripe, nicely soft with some nice inner mouth perfumes of herbs and wild astringent fruit, finishes with good length, a bit minty, nice aromatic intensity. 7
2007 Famiglia Anselma Multi Commune blend - terpene, balsamic, cherries in alcohol, slight sweet/medicinal herb note, fairly intense, soap florals, nice layered entry, fruit and ripe tannins, fruit gains sweetness on the palate, ripe tannins, integrated acids, nice wild cherry fruit, dry, a bit severe, nice dry finish. 8
2007 Famiglia Anselma Del Commune di Barolo - candy, wild fruit candy, some cinnamon and some nice medicinal herb notes, anise, oak and wild cherry, bright in the mouth, fresh, herbal and lightly spicy with watermelon rind and wild cherry fruit, nicely aromatic in the mouth, gently savory tannins. 8
2007 Alessandria Fratelli Monvigliero Verduno - nice herbal, aromatic wood nose, dark fruit, dried strawberry, a little high-toned and savory, nice edge of fruit on the front edge with good ripe tannins and integrated acids following, nice fruit on the palate, savory, rosehips, slightly astringent tannins, good savory fruit follow through, nice cleansing acids. 9
2007 Alessandria Fratelli Gramolere Monforte d’Alba - liquory strawberry fruit, nice nettle spice, fairly deep and intense with nice typicity, fairly fresh, a bit fleshy but not weight, bitter cherry fruit, nice earthy edge, touch of rosehips, nice emerging acid on back end, fairly fresh, nice flavors, I like this 8
2007 Burlotto Vigneto Cannubi Barolo - sweet red fruit, nettles, sandy soil, bright and aromatic, more green with air, cool up front, nice weight, good tension in the mouth, nice herbal tinged red berry fruit, a bit savory, nice savory tannins, nice finish, good lift, nice herb and mineral tones a touch of heat. 8
2007 Burlotto Accivi Veduno - nettle and herbs, a bit of stone, some ripe amarena cherry fruit, shy nose, a bit flat up front but then nicely focused in the mouth with ripe amarena cherry fruit on the palate, a bit simple, nice ripe tannins, nice fruit on the moderate finish, a bit short. 7
