The Numanthia Dinner Series Continues If you follow Snooth, you’ve probably come across reports on the great Numanthia food and wine pairing dinner series we’ve been producing with Numanthia. Our most recent installment brought winemaker extraordinaire Manuel Louzada to the sunny shores of Coral Gables, Fla., in conjunction with famed Biltmore Hotel.

While Manuel was the star of the night, the focus remained on the wines and the ease with which they pair with food. In an effort to showcase the region’s specialties, those at Numanthia have been traveling the country in search of fine chefs and their inspired cuisines. Coral Gables did not let them down!
