Domaine Ramonet is recognized as one of the top if not the top producers of white Burgundy. These are wines that are full of character, super expressive with high-toned aromatics and rather herbal edged at times, but have an amazing inner mouth presence. As with most Ramonets, the Boudriotte enters the mouth with a thickness and rich explosion of fruit. That is quickly paired with a whip of minerality that cuts right through the weight and heft of these wines. The juxtaposition of richness and sinew is what makes these wines so special and hard to compare to other wines.
