Piemonte, Day 1
We hit the ground running today, driving streight from an early arrival at Milan's malpensa airport to the venerable cellars of Vallana. Once famous for their muscular yet elegant style of Northern Piedmnt Nebbiolo, Vallana is mounting a comeback with new wines, new vines, and a studied commitment to quality.
I tasted throught heir line-up today and one wine really stood. I'll write up all my impressions soon but to find out which of their wine's stood out, check out the short video.
The video's may have to be short while I'm here (sure to please some people!) due to less than ideal internet connections.

If you need any information about Piemonti, ask my buddy Danny Bertolo, he knows everything about the region and wine.
