Mumm Napa Cuvee M 12.5%
Light and fresh on the nose, with pear and citrus fruits wrapped in lightly yeasty raw dough. This is fairly sweet in the mouth, definitely desserty for my palate, though with rich apple, peach and vanilla cream flavors. The finish is a touch drier than the palate but is still noticeably sweet. A fun wine to crack for brunch or dessert, but not my choice for a Sparkling wine toast. 87pts

What about a good rose sparkling wine made of 100% syrah grape. Beautiful burst of strawberry flavours
