Welcome back to the February edition of Sara’s Signature Cocktail! Today, in the spirit of the upcoming Mardi Gras holiday, we have a truly festive libation, perfect for celebrating the occasion. You may not be able to be down in New Orleans, home of the Mardi Gras partying, but hopefully this cocktail will put you in a king cake-eating, jazz-listening, bead-wearing kind of mood.
Disclaimer: Actions usually performed for said bead-wearing are not required to enjoy this cocktail to the fullest extent.

Today’s cocktail, lovingly named the Coconut King Cake, combines a few of my favorite things into one boozy little beverage. We’ve used some Chambord Raspberry Vodka, Taste Nirvana Coconut Water, Torani Sugar-Free French Vanilla Syrup, Flip Flop Bubbly Chardonnay and some fresh raspberries. The result? A sweet homage to the king cake, the traditional treat enjoyed during the Mardi Gras season. Serve it alongside a fried oyster po’boy, and you’ll feel like you’re right on Bourbon Street! Cheers, and laissez les bon temps rouler!
