What the Experts are Recommending
We're not the only ones tasting rosés around here. All over the web there are reviews popping up everyday, but sometimes you just don't know where to look. And the truth is, you just can't look everywhere.
If you're looking for additional rosé options, you can see the first installments of my 2011 rosé chronicles here. And here, check out what the experts are saying! We've tracked down five top rosés that have been reviewed in the past week and here they come!
NB: Reviewers often are the first to receive wines, so if these wines are not yet available in your market, they may still be in transit.

Nice compliment to your rose roundup, Greg. Found the SFGate piece by Bonne et al. particularly rewarding to link to....

Aussie wine Rose of Virginia and NZ "Pansy" also can do this "job". The Alsace Pinot Noirs, which look pink, are able to match steak and cold beef, tongue, pork products etc. Also if in Burgundy or Bordeaux look out for pinks that are vg but rare outside the region, like clairet. Loire onbviously has its sancerre rose but menetou salon morogues is just as good, again at the salmon pink end of the spectrum, lovely luncheon wine....
