Wow, that is quite a wine list! I could do some damage at Salpicon, so now it’s time to check out the menu. I’m sure that the food at Salpicon must be good. It appears like a fairly straightforward, basic upscale Mexican menu, though with a wine list like theirs, someone must be paying close attention to the food as well. Or at least, one would hope! Taking a look at the specials menu, in this case for the week June 13 to 18, I’m guessing that’s true and I’m LOVING the fact that the specials have suggested wine pairings!
Wow, there are some interesting choices here and in my mind I’ve already decided that we’re gonna need at least six diners tonight.
