An Intimate Evening with Numanthia
I’ve written about Numanthia before. This iconic Spanish red is truly a testament to its region, Toro, and to the incredible resource of old vine Tinta da Toro that springs from those lands.
Last week, I was thrilled to be able to welcome two dozen wine lovers to a private dinner event to share in the bounty of Numanthia on offer. Over the course of the evening, we were able to sample half a dozen wines from Numanthia, all paired with a menu created to highlight the nuances of each wine.

Great picture, Greg is so in his element. The whole experience was delightfully executed like a masterpiece, which was also excellently curated by Greg.

Looks like an excellent event. Love how you took the tasting notes and put physical elements to that. Great job GDP.
