12 Kosher Wines Besides Manischewitz Well, it's that time of year again. By that time of year, I mean when you go to your local wine shop - before making your way to your parents house for Rosh Hashanah dinner - and sift through what's left of their Kosher wine selection only to end up with Manischewitz. Now, no one is saying Manischewitz is a bad choice, but mom and dad expect more from you.

Here's a list of some wineries producing Kosher wines that you should keep an eye out for when you hit the store.
Also, don't forget to bring your sweater and to call mom when you leave, and when you arrive. L'Shanah Tova!

Every Jew I know needs help in this category (myself included!). Thank you for providing alternatives to the infamous Manischewitz. Like you said, not that it isn't good, but we can do better here.

We like the Rashi wines, still get the sweetness, but it is light.

Sorry you left out BR Cohn Kosher wine. Yep, the Manager of the Doobey Bros and collector of vintage cars allowed part of his fields to become kosher and supervised for some nice CA wine. Worth joining the club to buy - even if you don't keep kosher.

The Covenant wines are amazing, especially the Covenant cab and the chardonnay lavan.
