5 Wines for Halloween We all have our Halloween-themed wine favorites right? Some people like a spooky label, I love me some spooky stories! So check out these holiday-themed adult beverages and take a ride with your favorite this haunted Halloween.

Blood and guts seem to run amok, but never fear, there is a ghost story in that bottle somewhere.

Scary labels are another story entirely. My colleague Kristin Watts has given a rundown of her favorite spooky labels with 5 Wine Labels to Die For! Check it out, but be sure to leave the lights on! Bwahahaha. Okay, sound effects would be helpful here. And can I get some makeup?

    Yes, don't forget the Vampire wines! I have a Vamp Merlot - we'll see what lurks in the bottle. And then I am looking forward to attacking a ZOMBIE ZIN 2008 from Geyserville CA at Saturday's Halloween coven. The label descriptor notes drool with "... blood red... horridly rich... with a finish that never dies". How does one kill a Zinfull Zombie ?... Cut the neck off with a saber and spill the blood into crystal goblets.
