Join Us For a Taste of Chile

Virtually Tasting Chile's Finest

Are you ready for Chilean wine? Well I sure am, particularly after the lineup of wines I enjoyed in conjunction with our last Wines of Chile Virtual Tasting. It's time to join Fred Dexheimer, Master Sommelier, and me for another hour learning about some of the most fascinating wines from the Southern Hemisphere!

Now maybe I'm biased. After all. a lot of the Chilean wine industry was influenced by expat Italians, but the truth is Chilean wines like Carmenere are interesting, exciting and affordable wines that excite the jaded palate and neophyte alike!

So join us on Thursday, September 15th at 9pm EST as we taste through the perfect lineup to great the cooling nights of fall. Buy one bottle or all four and taste along with us on Snooth's virtual tasting page as we discuss the character that makes each of the following wines not only uniquely Chilean, but stars in today's market.

Casa Lapostolle Carmenere 2008

Terranoble Carmenere 2008

Los Vascos Grande Reserve 2008

Santa Carolina Reserva de Familia Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

How true is the rumor that the US sold all remaining biological stock to south america to control insects? IE. Do these vineyards use agent orange or DDT to control pests in their crops? Not rumor mongering, just seeking the truth.
