Formats and dimensions:

• JPG: 728x90, 300x250
• GIF: 728x90, 300x250
• SWF: 728x90, 300x250 - backup GIF optional

Maximum expandable dimensions:

• 728x90: 728x500
• 300x250: 550x250

Filesize allowances:

• JPG, GIF, SWF: 40k max
• Streaming video in SWFs: 100k max initial load, 300k max streamed after pageload

Additional SWF considerations:

• Max streaming video data rate: 600kbps
• Max streaming audio data rate: 48kbps
• Max streaming total data date: 658kbps
• Max FPS: 15

Interaction policy:

• Expandable ads must expand upon mouse over or click on expand button
• Expandable ads must retract upon mouse off or clicking on close button
• If an ad expands with user click, the panel still must retract when mouse is removed
• Expandable ads must have a clearly identifiable close button on the upper left or upper right
• Any sound must be user initiated by click, not mouse over

SWF click tracking:

SWFs should be created with a transparent button covering the entire ad with the following code:
on (release) { if (clickTAG.substr(0,5) == "http:") { getURL(clickTAG, "_blank"); }}
